A girl has been arrested in a fatal hit-and-urge incident in Brevard County that took assign in June of 2021. Suzanna Paige Norris, 49, of Cocoa, is accused of placing and killing Ardour Lucas, 37, on Divulge Road 528. She now faces a DUI manslaughter cost.
