Driver accused of DWI, killing man on sidewalk

A man who became once strolling on a sidewalk in Albany is ineffective after a drunken driver went off the dual carriageway and hit him Monday night. That’s in accordance to Albany police. Dan Levy became once in court for the suspect’s arraignment.
