Since 1998 the Hispanic/Latino Coalition has been involved in efforts focused on advocacy, outreach, and support of the Louisville area Hispanic/Latino community. One of our main events is the annual Health Fair. This year the 9th Annual Hispanic/Latino Health Fair will take place from 8:30am-2pm on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the Americana Community Center, 4801 Southside Drive.

Each year we have over 400 people attended the fair and we provide over 200 health screening exams. Our goal is to identify individuals with immediate health needs and connect them with appropriate medical services.  Our secondary goal is to educate the general Spanish-speaking community on healthy choices, disease prevention and health services available in Louisville through the exhibitor fair and on-site workshops.

We cordially invite your organization to support our Health Fair through Sponsorship of the event and/or participation as an Exhibitor.

Sponsorship deadline for this event is May 3, 2013.  If you would like your agency’s name and logo to appear on our final event flyers as a SPONSOR please submit your Sponsorship Application by April 30 or contact my office directly. (Sponsorship payment may be submitted after May 3rd- see Sponsorship form.)

 

Sponsorship and Exhibitor registration forms may be submitted by:

• mailing in the applicable Sponsorship or Exhibitor registration form, or
• completing online Sponsorship or Exhibitor registration
• Exhibitor registrations will be accepted through May 25.

It is only with the support of our many community partners that we are able to make this event a success. We hope your organization will be able to support this unique and very much needed outreach effort.
